...and a fortnight later

Well, I missed one week, and now my internet connection is out. I'm on a friend's computer.

Yesterday, I had my orentation for the new Walmart and got my first week's hours. The bad news is, third shift. The good is FT at mediocre pay, which is better than PT at lousy pay. I really can't complain too much, since what I wanted/needed was something to pay the bills, which this will. Now to try building a social life. Ha!

The funny thing is, one of the women at church turns out to be someone I find interesting. I don't mean just attractive, but any time I get to know a little more about her, I want to know more. Like a book you can't put down. I want to keep on reading.

The next couple of days, I'm going to try to adjust toward a third shift schedule. how fun!
